social commitment

Promoting technology. Shaping the future.

For over four decades, Formular Students have stood for practical engineering education, teamwork and genuine innovation. This is why we support Infinity Racing, the Formular-Student-Team at Kempten University of Applied Science.

As a company that lives mechanical engineering every day, it was important to us to support the students in a straightforward, needs-based, and free manner. For the 2025 season race car, we manufactured two newly designed pedal sleds for the accelerator and brake. Despite their simple appearance, they meet the highest standards of precision, lightweight construction, and stability.

Our on-site interactions with the students demonstrated their commitment, personal responsibility, and enthusiasm. This project was more than just a sponsorship for us – it was a mutually inspiring and a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Despite their spines, little heroes still need protection.

As a company, we are committed not only to technological innovations, but also to nature conservation right here in our community. Our personal hedgehog sponsorship with the Hedgehog Rescue Association in Weißenhorn (Igelhilfeverein e.V.) is particularly close to our hearts. It is a network of people dedicated to helping injured, sick or orphaned hedgehogs.

The association receives daily emergency calls about hedgehogs in need and ensures that every hodgepodge receives expert first aid. The animals are taken to experienced care facilities where they receive medical treatment, are nursed back to health, and are fed appropriately. Through our partnership, we actively support this valuable work and contribute to the recovery of these little spiny creatures, and, if possible, their release back into the wild. At the same time, we support the association’s efforts to raise awareness about hedgehog needs and the protection of their habit.

Together with the Hedgehog Rescue Association, we are making an important contribution to hedgehog conservation and taking responsibility in our region.

Everything will be all right in the end.

Not every animal gets off to a good start in life. At the Alternative Wolf and Bear Park in the Black Forest, however, rescued bears, wolves, and lynxes rescued find a permanent, natural home.

With a bear sponsorship, we specifically support one of these animals and contribute to ensuring is long-term care, maintenance, and medical attention. The focus at the park is not on showmanship, but on animal welfare, with the animals enjoying expansive woodland grounds with natural retreats and exercise areas.

The park combines active animal protection with education to forest awareness of the importance of respecting wild animals and their habitats. This combination of protection, sustainability, and responsibility resonates with us.

Our sponsorship is therefore more than a symbolic gesture: it is a tangible contribution to a species-appropriate living and a clear commitment.
